Geoff Pearman, Director and Principal Consultant, established Partners in Change® in 2009

Partners in Change offers organisational and workforce development services. We are committed to working in partnership with our clients to make a difference for them and their clients and customers.

Geoff is an experienced manager, trainer and facilitator, recognised for his strategic and future thinking skills, his ability to initiate and implement complex organisational change and to develop innovative approaches to programme and service delivery.

Geoff is an experienced workshop facilitator and conference speaker. He has worked in the social services, government and university sectors. Geoff has qualifications in sociology (organisational change), social work and adult education.
