Staying On is an innovative program that will help you and your people adapt to the age wave. In fact it is not just for your older staff, it works for all employees, after all you want your people to stay on no matter their age or stage.

Getting Started Stocktake

The best way to get started is to undertake a Staying On Stocktake. This will help you understand your current state of readiness, identify your areas of risk and understand what you need to focus on. It will also mean that when you introduce the Staying On program to your organisation it can be customized with priority areas addressed first.

Staying On Gateway

The Staying On Gateway is a password protected online portal for your staff, managers and internal Staying On Consultants.

Customized Workshops 

Partners in Change can customize an existing workshop to your needs or design a new workshop specifically for your organisation.
